9ct Opal Triplet Ring

A pre owned 9ct yellow gold opal triplet ring. An opal triplet is a slice of opal that is enhanced by darkening the body tone and magnifying the slice of colour with a domed quartz on glass top. Caution is advised not to wear opal doublets and triplets like this one in water. Water can penetrate the sections of the opal and damage it.

Metal: 9ct yellow gold.

Marks: BDC, Birmingham. Partial hallmark

Measurements: 12.5mm x 11.5mm. 2.3mm at the back of the finger.

Stones: Opal Triplet.

Weight: 2.8 grams.

Condition: Good - some slight water damage, priced accordingly.
