This a medium sized Victorian oval locket that was made circa between 1839 - 1901, It is heavily detailed with hand applied engraving on both sides. This locket features what appear to be both original retaining rings and one of the pieces of glass seems to be original, however the other is a perspex replacement. Behind this perspex there is an old four leaf clover which looks like it has been there for a very long time.
Metal: 15ct gold.
