1970s Ruby and Diamond Three Stone Ring

A classic vintage 1970s three stone ring crafted in 18ct yellow and white gold featuring a natural pinkish ruby and flanked by Brilliant cut diamonds. Knife edge split shoulders with crown settings made in 18ct white gold securing the gemstone with double split claws.

Metal: 18ct white and yellow gold.

Marks: 750 London 1977.

Measurements: 7mm x 14.5mm rising 5mm from the finger. Knife edge shoulders widening to 2mm at the back of the finger.

Stones: Oval faceted ruby estimated as weighing 0.48ct. Two Brilliant cut diamonds each approximately 0.23ct. Total diamonds weight approximately 0.46. Colour G/H. Clarity Si2.

Weight: 2.75 grams.
