Antique 15ct Gold Cufflinks

These cufflinks are a fine example of the high standards of jewellery manufacturing seen during the 1920s. A level craftsmanship that is slowly being lost to modern techniques, they are hand chased giving excellent depth and definition to the metal. Secured by a single oval link rather than the typical length of chain, the pattern is matched on each link.

Wonderfully clear hallmarks, easily seen without magnification show the 15ct gold standard mark which was discontinued in 1932.
