Antique 18ct Gold Bulbous Heart Locket

An elegant 18ct gold antique bulbous heart picture locket. The locket opens to reveal the original glass on one side, ideal for holding a small keepsake, such as a photo. This antique locket remains in excellent condition, free from any dents. We have intentionally maintained the patina to preserve the integrity of the piece and retain its antique character; however, it can be polished upon request.
