An antique ring dating to just before, or very shortly after WWII. Making use of old Brilliant cut diamonds and old rubies of a lively pink colour, this is a lively ring. Crafted in 18ct yellow gold and platinum, the setting is an illusion style setting consisting of facetted platinum, giving an extra brilliance to the metal. Excellent as a stand alone piece or as part of a stacking set.

Marks: 18ct PLAT.
Measurements: 5.5mm wide spreading 16.5mm across the finger, rising 4.3mm. Knife edge shoulders widening to 1.8mm.
Stones: Old brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.20ct. Two old facetted rubies of good pink colour. The rubies do show signs of their age with slightly worn facettes.
Weight: 3.15 grams.
Condition: Excellent. As stated above, the rubies do exhibit some wear under close inspection. This is commensurate with the age of the ring.
