An antique eternity ring handmade in platinum featuring synthetic calibre cut rubies typical of the era. Synthetic ruby was extensively used in jewellery and was almost favoured more than their natural counterparts. They were seen as a marvel of science and what mankind was capable of after the explosion of the industrial revolution.

Condition: Very good. There is a size visible where a piece has been put in, very common with platinum.
