Antique Tall Deco Ring

Circa 1915 - 1930s, this tall diamond ring is typical of the articles being made in Europe during the very popular Art Deco era of jewellery design and manufacture. It is crafted in mostly 18ct white gold with a setting made in what tests are indicating to be Palladium. Handmade, it features decorative pierced diamond set shoulders.

Metal: 18ct white gold and possibly palladium topped setting.

Marks: Unmarked - tests confirm the majority of the metal to be white gold.

Measurements: 7.5mm x 7.5mm rising 6mm. The shoulders at their widest measure 6mm, narrowing to 2mm.

Stones: Modern Brilliant cut diamonds approximately 0.82ct. Colour G/H. I1. The shoulders are set with a mixture of old cuts and old rose cuts, each approximately 0.01ct. Total overall diamond estimated weight of 0.88ct.

Weight: 3 grams.

Condition: Excellent.
