Description: A beautifully decorated Victorian memorial ring. This ring is made from 18ct yellow gold with royal blue enamel around the entire outside of the band. It features a single pearl as the main centrepiece, set in a claw setting. There is an engraving on the inside of the shank: "1st Sept 1850." This was most likely to mark the death of a loved one.
Metal: 18ct yellow gold.
Marks: Unmarked but tested as 18ct gold.
Measurements: The front is 8.8 mm wide. The pearl rises 6mm. The back of the shank measures 2mm.
Stones: Pearl.
Weight: 4.19 grams.
Condition: Excellent.
