A vintage ring from the early 1950s. The principle stone is a Brilliant cut diamond in an 8 claw setting rising from raised diamond set shoulders. Suitable as an engagement ring for those with delicate fingers or as part of a stacking collection.
Metal: 18ct yellow gold.
Marks: Partially worn hallmarks but we are able to ascertain that this was hallmarked in London in 1950/51.
Measurements: 4.6mm wide at the serving rising 4.3mm from the finger. The shoulders are 2mm wide narrowing slightly in the shake at the back of the finger being 1.8mm wide.
Stones: Brilliant cut diamond approximately 0.25ct, colour G-H, clarity Si2. The shoulders are set with a further combined weight of approximately 0.04ct. Total overall diamond weight approximately 0.29ct.
Weight: 2.04 grams.
Condition: Very good. Signs of bruising inside the ring near the hallmarks.
